1. General

This website is operated by Levante, located in Belgium.
By accessing this website and/or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Levante may update product information, pricing, availability, or these Terms at any time.

2. Nature of Products

Our steering wheels are aftermarket products. They are not OEM parts and not homologated or approved as vehicle safety components.

Certifications provided (RoHS, RED, CE) apply only to electronic components and do not indicate legality for road use, crash safety approval, UNECE/E-mark compliance, or airbag compatibility.

3. Airbag & Installation

Products are supplied without an airbag unless stated otherwise.
If your vehicle was originally equipped with an airbag, the original module must be transferred by a qualified professional.

Levante is not liable for improper installation, airbag malfunction, fitment issues, or damage caused by third-party installers.

4. Legal Compliance

Aftermarket steering wheels may affect:

  • road legality,

  • technical inspection (e.g., MOT/keuring),

  • insurance coverage,

  • manufacturer warranty.

The customer is fully responsible for verifying and complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their region.

5. Customer Responsibility

By purchasing, the customer confirms that all information provided is accurate and agrees to take full responsibility for:

  • correct installation,

  • safe use of the product,

  • compliance with legal and insurance requirements,

  • any consequences resulting from modifications to the vehicle.

All products are used at the customer’s own risk.

6. Warranty

Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
Warranty does not cover:

  • installation errors,

  • airbag issues,

  • electrical damage from wiring,

  • modifications,

  • wear and tear,

  • damage from misuse or accidents.

7. Returns

Returns are accepted only if the product is:

  • unused,

  • uninstalled,

  • in its original packaging.

Custom or special-order items may be non-returnable.
Items damaged through installation or handling cannot be returned.

8. Limitation of Liability

Levante is not liable for:

  • personal injury,

  • property or vehicle damage,

  • inspection or insurance failures,

  • consequential or indirect damages,

  • misuse or improper installation.

Products are sold “as aftermarket items”.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium.
Disputes shall be handled by the competent courts in Belgium.

10. Acceptance

By completing a purchase, the customer confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
