🧾 Refund Policy

1. Customer Satisfaction

At Levante, we aim to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with our high-quality products and service.
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery at:

EU customers retain the legal right to withdraw their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, unless a legal exception applies (see Article 3).


2. Conditions for an Accepted Return

To qualify for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

  • it is unused,

  • it has not been installed or test-fitted,

  • it shows no signs of wear, damage, or installation attempts,

  • it is returned with all original packaging and accessories,

  • it is in resellable condition.

Returns will be rejected if the product shows:

  • mounting marks, scratches, or cosmetic damage

  • modified, trimmed, or damaged wiring

  • altered or opened electronic components

  • damage caused by third-party installation or mishandling

Levante may refuse a return or apply a legally permitted reduction in refund value if the item is not returned in its original condition.


3. Non-Returnable Items (Legally Allowed Exceptions Under EU Law)

EU consumer law allows sellers to exclude customized or made-to-order products from the right of withdrawal.
Therefore, the following products are strictly non-returnable:

Custom or personalized steering wheels, including:

  • specific 12 o’clock markings

  • customized racing stripes or stripe colors

  • custom stitching colors or patterns

  • special leather or Alcantara selections

  • unique or non-standard finishes

  • steering wheel frames or components ordered specifically for one model

  • optional LED configurations or custom modules

These items are considered personalized goods and cannot be resold, making them legally exempt from return.


4. Return Process & Inspection

Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All returned items will be thoroughly inspected by our quality-control team.
A return will be rejected if:

  • the product has been installed or attempted to be installed,

  • it shows wear, damage, or modification,

  • electronic seals are broken,

  • accessories or packaging are missing.

If a return is not approved, the product may be shipped back to the customer at their expense.


5. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and approved:

  • a refund will be issued using the original payment method,

  • within 7 business days,

  • minus applicable shipping or handling fees (non-refundable).

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • products not meeting the return conditions

  • custom or personalized items

  • shipping costs, customs fees, or import duties

  • any loss in value due to damage or improper handling


6. Incorrect or Damaged Items on Arrival

If the customer receives the wrong product or a damaged item, they must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic or video evidence.
Levante will then arrange:

  • replacement or refund, and

  • free return shipping when applicable.


7. Unauthorized Returns

Levante reserves the right to refuse any return that:

  • was not requested or approved in advance,

  • does not comply with this policy, or

  • arrives damaged due to improper packaging or shipping by the customer.
